I placed an order but have not received any confirmation?


When you place an order online, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have not received this email your order may not have gone through successfully. If payment has been made from your account and you have not received an order confirmation contact us via email or phone and we will get it sorted out.




I want Click and Collect - where do I Collect?


We are located at Unit 1 - 13 Carbonate Road WANGARA, WA 6065.




How long will my order take to get to me?


We will take every endeavour to depsatch your delivery within 72 hours of receiving your order, then it will be in the hands of Australia Post. Depending on your order, we may need to custom package so that your Showbags arrive in the same state that they leave us. As soon as we despatch you order in the post, we will notify you of your traclking number with Australia Post, and let you know that your package is on its way. General wait times within the metro area are 4 - 7 business days, outside the metro area may take a few extra days. If you cant wait for the post method, opt for click and collect, for drive through collection!

Are all the Showbags available all the time?


All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock at the time of your order being accepted, we will contact you via email and advise you of when the item will be back in stock. We will endeavour to keep the site up to date, but sometimes we may miss an item. Either way we will be in touch and keep you in the loop!
