I placed an order but have not received any confirmation?
When you place an order online, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have not received this email your order may not have gone through successfully. If payment has been made from your account and you have not received an order confirmation contact us via email or phone and we will get it sorted out.
I want Click and Collect - where do I Collect?
How long will my order take to get to me?
We will take every endeavour to depsatch your delivery within 72 hours of receiving your order, then it will be in the hands of Australia Post. Depending on your order, we may need to custom package so that your Showbags arrive in the same state that they leave us.
How can I pay?
