Shipping Policy

You can receive your order by two methods - Click & Collect, or by Post.

During the checkout process, you can choose which method suits you. 

Click & collect is no charge, and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect, direct from our warehouse located in the Claremont Showgrounds.

  • We are located in the Claremont Showgrounds, you know the Showbag Alley just up from the admin offices of the RASWA. We are on Keane Avenue in the Showbag Shed

Easiest way to locate us;

  • Enter through Gate #1 off Graylands Road (put 1 Graylands Road into your GPS)

  • As you pass through the gate, stay to your right, and travel down to Keane Avenue. Its the first avenue to your left (Keane Avenue is the brick paved avenue with showbag outlets on both sides), 

  • To make it even easier, there is a blue tree at the junction, turn left there!

  • The Showbag Shed is up ahead on your left, cant miss it.  

Rest assured, if you get lost, call us on our Office Number 0426 540 288, and we will guide you in!


Postage is via Australia Post, standard delivery. Postage & handling for is charged at a flat rate of $18.50.  We take extra care to package your order, so that it arrives to you in the same condition as it leaves us.  If you have any queries regarding postage charges, please contact us prior to putting your order through -, and lets see what we can work out.

Return & Exchange Policy

We know choosing your showbag order is serious business, and we take the same approach when get your order together.

As much as we don't want to admit it, sometimes problems pop up. 

Like receiving your showbag order with a missing item, or even damaged. 

Here's what we recommend you do...

We don't deal in problems we just have solutions!

So should you receive and item that is not as expected, damaged or otherwise, let us know straight away via our contact page, please include;

  • your order number 

  • send us some quick snaps of the faulty item

  • we will need some details from you to determine;

    • if the item received was of unacceptable quality,

    • a failure of item use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions,

    • abnormal use of item,

    • failure to take reasonable care when using item

and we will ensure that we promptly get it solved for you.
